Registering for FestPAC

The 13th Festival of Pacific Arts & Culture will be a multiday event involving many attendees: from delegates, to volunteers, and media personnel, and general public. To help navigate this complex and multicultural event, participants can create an account in the registration portal to see events, RSVP to program sessions, sign-up for volunteering opportunities, and indicate press or media interest.

Public and Delegates

  1. Visit event.festpachawaii.org or click the Register button in the right-top corner on the website navigation menu.

  2. In the registration portal homepage, click the Register for this event button and then click the Sign Up link on the bottom of the Sign In pop-up. After filling and submitting the sign up form, you should receive an email with the code to activate your account.

  3. Once your account is activated, you will be redirected to the event registration page, where you can fill in your details. If that does not happen, click the Register for this event button again.

  4. In the “Register for the event as:” question, general public can select the General Guest option. Official delegates needs to select the “Delegate” option, at which point you will be prompted to enter a Delegate Key provided by your Head of Delegation.

  5. You will be notified via email once your registration is processed.

Volunteers and Media

  1. Visit event.festpachawaii.org or click the Register button in the right-top corner on the website navigation menu.

  2. In the registration portal homepage, click one of the Become a volunteer links for volunteering registration, or the Media link for press and media registration.

  3. Click the Sign Up link on the bottom of the Sign In pop-up. If you have previously created an account, proceed with login in instead.

  4. After logging in or activating your new account, you should be redirected to the volunteer or media registration page. If that does not happen, click the respective link again.

  5. In the registration page, fill in your infomration, including volunteering availability if applicable. Those details can be updated later.

  6. You will be notified via email once your registration is processed.

Vendors and Booths

For those interested in participating in the FestPAC Expo, please apply through the linked form below. The deadline for all applications will be 30 April 2024.
